create and uphold a very high-performance level standard. many senior stylists have decades of experience, hold leadership roles within the salon, and are instrumental in the mentoring process of apprentices and new talent. they are highly requested and tend to be booked months in advance. they are outstanding in all aspects of hair, and many hold specialized certifications. they stay on top of trends and can create exceptional, personalized looks.
are considered experts in all aspects of their field and have a minimum of 10+ years of experience at salon kokopelli. as industry leaders, they are established, respected, and carry a reputation for excellence. masters are generally well known within the community, have a very large clientele, and are booked out a year in advance. their expertise, confidence, and superb artistry give them the ability to use styling techniques that less experienced stylists are unfamiliar with. master stylists have the highest price level, which is reflective of their demand and high level of prestige.
